Middle School Group
Welcome to Meet In The Middle Therapeutic Group!
Our Middle School Group is designed to celebrate the excitement and tackle the challenges unique to this important stage of growing up. We welcome adolescents facing anxiety, ADHD, and struggles with social skills or emotional well-being, offering a supportive space where they can talk about friendships, academic pressures, and managing big feelings.
In our safe and caring environment, every member is encouraged to participate, build resilience, and develop the tools needed for personal growth. Families can feel confident knowing they are not alone—together, we provide understanding, connection, and guidance every step of the way.
COST: $35 per session or billed through insurance
Additional Information
Middle school group occurs during the school year September- June, with time off in the summer to enjoy family and vacation. The group is held every other Saturday and is an open group. This means, attendees can attend at any time. Group participation is not jeopardized by other extracurricular obligations.
Group Begins: Every other Saturday starting September 6th, 2025 at 12:00 noon.
